I didn't have to wait long and staff member was friendly. Trolleys could be cleaned. This OCD clean freak needed hand wipes.
First time user, easy to find and once worked out easy to use, I must say that what let this place down was the staff, they just stood around not doing a great deal and the thicker set blond lady needs a lesson in customer service, It was our first time using the service and we had just started putting things on the belt when this blond lady starts having a meltdown that we are doing it wrong and now she will need to go and sort out the bin... Few things... 1. That's your job they pay you to do that without people like me making mistakes you would not have a job at all, it would be an automated process . 2 , staff although just standing around rely on you reading all the signage (and there is a lot) rather then just meeting you as you walk in and with a smile saying "have you been here before" and " would you like a bit of help for your first time" Once we got it all worked out it was quick and easy and next time we will know to remove the lids and the things that cant be recycled (2 litre milk bottles for example) and will be much more organised next time... could possibly do with another conveyor belt I can see it must get a bit of a backlog here at peak times. Please do as I said ! have a person greet you as you walk in and I'm sure you will find far less mistakes rather than just standing over there to the left of the conveyors near the door to out back in a group watching people ... interact !!
