Just popped in to have a service engineer look at a faulty airbag. Looked there and then and fixed the problem. I will be coming back to look at products to upgrade my MUX. Highly recommend them.

I was in need of some LED lights for my VW Amarok. I went and had a chat with Ron Finnegan and his wife Kathy. They took their time in explaining all the LED lights and their benefits and drawbacks. I did not want a bull bar so Ron suggested a simpler option of installing it on the number plate with an solid plate. The entire sale process was very professional and friendly with no hint of being in a hurry for a sale. Nick ,one of their installers was equally professional and had it installed and took the time to explain on the features and how to operate them. He also fitted a reversing camera for me and again very helpful. I have to admire that in todays fast consumer talk and get rid of customers quickly these people were very courteous and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to go and see them. I write this as I had a terrible experience with the ARB team in town and will not go back there ever.
Took my Prado in to get my snorkel fitted i had brought, bolts are broken and painted chipped. Tried to charge me 168 an hour then I was told 132 an hour a day before. Also very rude people to deal with. Would not take my car back there again. Also got no apology or anything when I confronted them.
Got an Outback Armour 2" lift kit installed, I have an aluminium tray with no weight in it, a heavy duty kit was installed, rides absolutely rubbish. Got it home and found a 75mm piece of sharp steel wedged near the bottom of the strut that had been cut off and would have easily destroyed a tyre if it ended up on the road. The upper control arm ball joint essentially fell apart the next day (Friday) so it got taken back to be fixed. Was told it was needed for a couple hours to repair, got a call at 4:30pm telling me that it would be ready to go Monday, I declined as I needed it for the weekend and it was an "easy fix", magically, 15 minutes later it was good to go. A terrible experience from what should have been a straight forward job. I will be taking it to a more reputable business to get this issues sorted.
I had my car booked in at 10:30am to get a new bit of glass put in the canopy, when booked was told that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I waited in the waiting room with my 2 year old daughter until 12:30 to go find out what was happening to then be told that I wouldn't be able to have my car until 2:30pm as it still needed the glass put in and once in needed to set for 1 hour before being able to drive... I have gotten home to see that it's been poorly done and there is sika everywhere and a total mess. I would not recommend this company at all. Everything that I was told when getting the quote and booking in they kept saying that they don't know where I got that information from, reception staff needs to be trained properly in giving quotes and how long jobs are going to take.
Thanks to Ron, Kathy and their staff. The efforts of tracking down a part through these Covid19 restrictions and getting my vehicle out on time. I'm back shortly for more services on offer!
I went and seen the team for a bull bar and lift.. omg.. u guys are awesome.. so down to earth and easy to talk too.. and they take the time too explain things and what I needed.. I want to thank Nick and the guys for a amazing job on my d Max Cheers guys Grant collins
