Great after sales service. Minor computer problem. They came and collected the vehicle and left me with a curtesy car. Repaired under warranty and back the next day. Great communication, highly recommended.

We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealer due to their not having a vehicle which we wanted in Stock. We had arranged to drive there and inspect a demo/used vehicle that they had there and did not want it to be sold before the day we could go and inspect and they arranged for it not to be sold and put on hold until we could inspect it BUT unfortunately we found the vehicle which we were after at another dealer and advised Mark the salesman we would not be attending as we had found the model etc. that we wanted at another Mini dealer. Mark even advised us to contact him back if we had any issues getting this other vehicle and he would see what he could do in obtaining one OR ordering a new one BUT advised that would take 3 to 4 months. Even after we contacted him back to advised we had purchased the other vehicle he was friendly and helpful and advised us to contact him if there was anything else he could assist us with. IF they had the vehicle in Stock we were after we would definetly have purchased from them. Thank you Mark for you time and assistance.
