Gerard of Alpha Strata has been managing our building for several years now. I am a committee member and am extremely satisfied with the excellent service provided. Due to my committee commitments, I have close dealings with Gerard and his staff and I find them all courteous and efficient. I have dealt with other body corporate management firms and in my opinion Alpha Strata is the best management firm I have dealt with. Gerard has a wealth of knowledge and together with his staff, we work as a team to achieve our objectives as a body corporate.
I am chairman of a smaller (12 units), hands on Body Corporate. We have been with Alpha Strata for the past three years after previously being managed by a large company. I enjoy working with a smaller team on a more personal level with reporting that can be easily understood without requiring a business degree. All reporting has been error free in our time with Alpha Strata and the StrataMax portal is user friendly and easy to find any documents I require. Alpha Strata understand that each Body Corporate has different needs and those needs can be catered for. I have been dealing with members of the McMahon family for over ten years in a Body Corporate capacity. Dan & Gerard are experienced Strata Title managers and they are very knowledgeable & competent. Their service has always been first class and the team is always approachable and responsive. I love that they prefer to correspond via email to keep a paper trail which allows me to work on Body Corporate issues out of my work hours, but they understand this isn’t always possible for everyone. Correspondence has always been responded to in a timely manner. I wouldn’t consider moving to any other management service.
I have been working with Gerard McMahon now of Alpha Strata since 2006, and I strongly recommend his body corporate management service. As chair, secretary, treasurer and committee member on a number of bodies corporate I have worked with many different strata management companies, and Gerard from Alpha Strata provides by far the best service I have experienced. Gerard from Alpha Strata is knowledgeable, proactive, swift, accessible, well organised, and reasonably priced. We have given various dodgy strata management businesses that are just following a cookie cutter approach the boot in order to switch to Alpha Strata and we are not looking back. It was the right decision, and I look forward to continuing our strata community's business with Alpha Strata into the future.
These guys are incredible. Gerard and the team have demonstrated nothing but professionalism at every turn. Answering the phone by the second ring - almost unheard of these days. Returning calls and responding to emails very efficiently and with accurate information. Managing the transition from a very sloppy company to Alpha Strata with attention to detail and the utmost professionalism. I could go on, but you get the picture. After being involved in body corporate for many, many years, it is a real pleasure to have someone like Gerard and his team who know their industry and regulations and can help the committee manage a complex with expertise.
