Rarely solved any issues and faults that we experienced with our vehicle without us having to constantly chase them up and keep the ball rolling.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Reef City Motors with my recent purchase of a used car and trading in my old car. I'm usually one to haggle for a better deal but the price set on the car was very reasonable - as was the trade-in offer amount. I live 6 hours away and greatly appreciated Rosario and his willingness to answer my big list of questions and provide me with any extra photos I requested. When I arrived, there were no surprises. The car was exactly as described and it seemed like nothing was too much to ask. Every detail from sales with Rosario, finance with Natalie, and Customer satisfaction with Aleah were first class. Aleah in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to full satisfaction. Well done team! Worth driving that little bit further for good old fashioned, genuine customer service!

Took my Kia in to get a problem diagnosed, cost 160 to look at to get a quote of 3000 to fix the A/C compressor. I took it to another mechanic in town who quoted 1550 for the same job and then called back 10mins later to say the compressor was fine but the harmonic tensioner was in 2 pieces. If Reef City had put the car up and looked next to the compressor it was plainly obvious apparently. Instead all they did in 6 hours was press the A/C button and charge 160 for that. Never trust them or go back again......
