This place is the best medical center in Brisbane. Dr Michael Chen is very friendly and helpfully, always asks me if I have any other questions I he can help. The nurse is professional and fast for the vaccination without noticed. Love it. They always message the patient one day before for reminding for the vaccination due date. It's just convenience. Highly recommend.

Never seen so friendly and efficient family practice staff . Dont know why they would have bad comments on them?! This practice is the one Ive been which always can make the appointment on time and quickest fixing my issues! Thumb up. I am with them as my regular GP. All reception ladies are so nice and welcome make me always feel very comfy and good mood.

Awful experience, took forever to get my appointment and the receptionist told us a person came earlier than us (which was not true) and we had to wait 30 minutes and we just couldn’t take it. Awful service and awful place.

Friendly staff who are always really helpful. I have seen a great Doctor here who has gone to great lengths in helping me deal with a chronic illness. Nothing seems to be too much of a problem for him as he always goes out of his way to see me, discuss my issues and has actively involved me in my rehabilitation. Wish there were more Doctors out there like this. I would highly recommend Gowan Road Family Practice.

doctor is to rush to see the patients. And they are not carefully check the baby and kids’ health, only very basic things! My daughter went there few times since born, but every time for the immunization, they only check height, weight, measure head...that’s it! They even didn’t analyze the figures for you, and did not ask how is baby activity and recognition 、gesture and language abilities! Just immunization illustration, if you don’t ask doctor something , they just let nurse to do the immunization and said that’s good then go away! And for adults and elder kids, they always want us visit them frequently, and they don’t want to explain further information about your situation and how to avoid and how to manage your health ! Every time I go there, only 5-8 minuets, he will finish and even want open the door to leave and see next patient ! Never say do you have any other problems! Cause other clinic , some doctor very got patience , they explain a lot about how you get this diseases and how you should avoid! Disappointed
