Family restaurant. 2 chefs 1 waitress so the service could be slow on a busy day. This is not a fine dining restaurant, so don’t come in and expect that sort of service. This is a restaurant for a family meal or just some alone time meal. Quiet and cozy. The food set is excellent. The taste is homely. Very reasonable price.

Great little Japanese restaurant great prices food awesome so many choices. Staff very friendly. Recommend the Soymilk pudding its 10/10 i had to order more.
It is a family and cozy restaurant. It reminds me of my Japan trip! They make you feel welcome and the food is just amazing. Great meals and set menus for fair prices. Keep in mind it is run by 2 chefs, 1 waitress and 1 little boss, so patience is key to enjoy and have a good experience with O cha cha. If you are in a rush or starving with bad mood/attitude, do not go to this restaurant and put unnecessary pressure on their business. The ambience and seats are comfortable and make the experience more unique.
Great little place. Food was yummy, friendly staff. No sushi but still a good variety of options. Kids menu was very cheap and comprehensive. Pricin is fair.
If you like authentic and delicious Japanese food you are in the right place. Don't expect mall sushi, this is the real deal like the one made in expensive restaurants (but the price here it's much better). The restaurant is cosy and warm like the family who runs it.
This is a fantastic restaurant with authentic food and great staff. It is small and very popular so make sure to book ahead. One of the best restaurants in town!

Wait times are a little lengthy but the food is worth it. Lovely little restaurant, tucked away at the back of one of the malls. This place has a great atmosphere and the server was so friendly. Considering the tiny amount of people running the restaurant it’s totally understandable how long the wait times are but when my food came out I did not regret my choice to go there at all. I’d also love to see a few more vegan options but the eggplant miso is delicious!
