Highly recommend!!! This was our first time canyoning and we did the moderate difficulty tour. My girlfriend and I had such an incredible experience. High energy, professional staff made us feel really well taken care of and safe. The whole day was full of laughter and thrills. The canyoning starts off quite easy which enables newbies to pick up the skills required and then the difficulty ramps up so you feel challenged but in a super fun way. Dom and Brendan were 10/10 tour leaders. We had a great time and have the go pro footage to prove it!!!

We had a great day Rapid Boarding! Our cool calm and collected guide leader Keanu did a fantastic job of keeping us safe and running us through all the skill training necessary for the activity. The couple of people in our group that were less confident were really well taken care of and we all had a great experience with stunning views.
Guide (Dom) was fun and had great energy! We are quite advanced (50 canyons), but the rest of the group were absolute beginners, somehow Dom managed to make some adjustments so it was safe for everyone and we still had fun! Highly recommended for first timers - you're in safe hands and you will have plenty of fun!
A truly fantastic adventure experience. The scenery was spectacular, the water skimming, gliding, jumping, abseiling was everything and more than expected. Our guides Keanu and Cam were great blokes and made the day a fun filled day for all.
This was the best adventure experience I have ever done. We were picked up from our Cairns accommodation, fitted with gear, safety briefed and abseiling into the water by 8am. Starting from Copperload Dam, we followed the canyon all the way to Crystal Cascade arriving just prior to 5pm. We abseiled 50m drops, through waterfalls, crawled through rock tunnels and jumped off 10m cliffs into the creek below. Our guide, Marcio, who radiated professionalism and a love for adventure, steered us clear of hidden rocks, away from the dangerous waterfalls and constantly provided us with interesting facts about the nature we were floating past. He never held us back if we wanted to abseil more quickly. He encouraged us to overcome our fears (ie. jump off the 12m cliff into the water) and somehow did that without seeming to pressure us. (Note: there was always another way down if you really didn't want to jump - the jumps were optional) To finish the tour he set up a zipline that, again, landed us in the water. The spillway canyon is their most adventurous tour. Expect to be wet all day. You're given a full length wetsuit, helmet, harness and shoes so you don't need to worry about damage to your own gear. Absolutely worth the money and I'll definitely be back again!
I did the crystal canyoning half day trip and it was fantastic. A must do if you’re a thrill-seeker.
We went canyoning with Cairns Canyoning in April 2021. When booking, I was a little worried that the Behana Gorge tour that allowed kids down to 8 would be too lame for my quite adventurous kids. I was wrong. Jumping off cliffs, sliding down the rapids, abseiling and floating, this tour had it all. My 11 yo daughter thinks this was the best part of our week in the Cairns region. We all had a really great experience.
Lots of fun, very safe and professional. The guide made those in the group who might have felt a bit nervious stretch themselves into doing things they otherwise wouldn't have dared to (while still giving them an alternate option should they want it) .. and they really enjoyed it.
