My mother went for the first time on line and purchased a pair of ankle boots from Zensu that were very similar to the ones she bought 2 years ago (same brand) as the shoe stores here in Perth do not stock them anymore . Great boots but unfortunatley they were too narrow , i have a thin(skinny) foot Unfortunatley I couldn't get into them either. Suggested she return them and get a refund. Boots returned but as per customer service because they had been marked down they gave a store credit and not a refund . If the shoes and thats all of them are a narrow fitting how the hell can a store credit help , won't be using it.. My mother cannot afford just to be buying shoes willy nilly her money back would have been great gone towards trying for another pair . Very very disappointed in their attitude Won't be coming back to this brand Cadet Shoes P/L.
