Benjamin and Adeline pride themselves on delivering a professional and exceptional service! They are SUPER friendly, extremely knowledgeable and are a pleasure to deal with. I got them to grind my exposed aggregate back on my patio and they polished the concrete and it came up phenomenal!!! They are perfectionists and went above and beyond for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! OMG! Benjamin & Adeline are SENSATIONAL!!! I am going to sound like a weird infatuated kind of person here but I cannot tell you how amazing they are - I recently contacted a few local "concrete floor grinding type people" for a small job at a shop I was vacating that I needed done within a few weeks... I received only ONE other reply from a pretentious condescending business, asking me when I wanted it done - just so they could tell me Oh no, they were WAY to busy & couldnt possibly do it for months.... then why not tell me that up front???? THEN I heard back from Universal -Flooring... YES, they TOO were FLAT OUT BUSY, booked up WAY ahead BUT the difference with them was that they FOUND A TIME TO SQUEEZE my not so big job in, instead of discarding me like I was not valuable enough!. Not only are Benjamin & Adeline crazy punctual, friendly, professional .. they are also MASTERS at their work - revolting floor came up like brand new. Outstanding workmanship. If you need floor grinding look no further! Don't waste time and money on dodgy jobs! Benjamin takes pride in his work and is very meticulous. The cleanliness is fantastic. We never thought that grinding concrete floors would leave no dust. He is very well equipped and very organised. Highly recommended.
Benjamin and Adeline provide a first class service. They gave me excellent advice about my flooring, they were prompt and helpful and completed the job well within their estimated time. Universal flooring removed tiles for my unit and bathroom and prepared concrete for re tiling. Very reasonably priced, very honest and trustworthy guy , great quality of work . Place was left as clean as one could want after stripping and attention to detail formed a great platform for following tradesperson to tile .
