Customer service was OK and they could improve. The opening times need to be extended 5pm not the current 4pm which is BS to be frank. They're can be a few improvements.

Awesome, helpful staff, fixed our towball tongue issue in an instant, great shop for towing bits and pieces and caravan spares. Ended up buying way more than we went in for.

Ordered an anti-rattle for my hitch but I needed a custom modification. Hans provided this for me at no extra charge and I had the product within a couple of days. Couldn't be happier.
