This is a great store with friendly staff. In addition to the usual cat/dog/bird/fish products they also have a great selection of equine products, including food and medication, bridles and saddles, helmets etc.
Rather than shop with all the xmas crowds I decided to shop here. The customer service is excellent. The food is of high quality. I brought some cat treats as well as some science cat food and my 2 cats loved them both. One of my cats is 18 years old and is so healthy. Will be back as a regular customer to give my furbabes the best. They could open at 7am to cater from work from home people but apart from that there are no complaints
What a good supply place for pets. The lady showed me many products and foods for my new puppy. She was really helpful.
Found this little gem a few months ago, and was so happy. I try to avoid the other big named pet shop due to multiple unfortunate experiences with staff who seem to have no real idea about what they are talking about . I always use local and family owned places first but for the things that my local ones don’t carry pet stock is my next bet. The staff here are lovely ! In particular one lady (sorry I don’t know her name) but she glasses and very very friendly and welcoming, bright personality and very knowledgeable. She is always a pleasure to talk to and you can tell she’s very genuine about her job. Petstock are super lucky to have such an awesome team holding down the brand name! Thanks guys
Came in last night to purchase a few fish for a friend. The customer service was remarkable, the young lady who helped me was extremely welcoming and professional. I'm overly satisfied with my experience and the new fish! Thank you Paige :)
