I was very impressed by the operators work ethic and dedication when it came to locating & providing me with information on the services he had found. A 1300locate rep arrived on time, did the job and chatted a bit then told me it would be an extra 1/2 hour. A second rep arrived as the first could not locate drains only power/Telecoms, so 2 call-out charges. The second did spend extra time at my request. I asked about payment and was told it would be sent. The bill was emailed 15 days later, so much for technology. The bill arrived with big red letters stating "OVERDUE". You got to be kidding. I rang them and the manager said don't worry this often happens. Well maybe they should fix their systems so I don't get a bad payer review, got a bloody hide. 881 for 3 hours, they must be doctors. My rating is minus stars.
