I contacted Josh in regards to a building and pest inspection. I was given an average turn around time of 3 weeks before my house could be inspected from other building and pest companies. Josh agreed to move a few things around and have the inspection done in 5 days time! this has saved me so much time and hassle as the 14 days deadline for B&P was met. He was very punctual and agreed to explain things in detail post-inspection via phone. He has always picked up my calls to discuss his findings. His report was next to none, very thorough and well detailed, I am so glad I got onto him and not your average Joe for a detailed report. Definitely worth every cent in my opinion, I wouldnt opt in for anyone else. His brisbane page has more than 250 reviews with nothing but 5 stars! Very impressed with the service. Thank you Josh.
