These guys give friendly and personal service. Delivery from NSW to Melbourne happened in days and is very reasonably priced. They called to double check the order before shipping both times we’ve ordered. They also went out of their way to source an item for me that was out of stock. Highly recommended. We’ve bought great quality tatami mats from Zentai. They’re set up in a tearoom setting with a kotatsu and we’ve built a storage platform underneath. Now have the perfect office, spare bedroom, dining room, loungeroom combo - perfect for working from home.

I suggest taking the reviews on Zentai's website with a pinch of salt as the management chooses which ones to post. I purchased a Tatami Bed and Futon and have generally been happy apart from the high maintenance required. If you are planning on purchasing a Tatami Bed and Futon be aware that you will need to air both several times a week if you don't like mold. I thought airing once a week would be sufficient but it clearly wasn't, as now I have mold between the tatami and futon. I'm currently treating the mold with clove oil which I hope will solve the problem.

We bought the all cotton futon with wool inlay. We were nervous because we hadn't tried the bed but we love it! Both my husband and I had bad backs but since getting the futon, we don't wake up sore anymore. Love sleeping on natural materials, we don't get super hot like we did with our old mattress. It is a bit heavy for a futon but it's only 20kg and I lifted it up the stairs to our apartment quiet easily. If you are looking for a quality mattress from a great Aussie company, definitely recommend Zentai!

Bought a cotton Japanese futon off Zentai, messaged the guys on the live chat to get an ETA on delivery to see if I could organise a date. Super super helpful, thanks a lot for the awesome service. Got the futon definitely didn't expect the quality I got since the competitors to Zentai seem to be a little all over the place / pricey. Really happy with it, also thanks for including instructions to look after it.

The quality of the furniture at Zentai Living is exceptional. I purchased a Queen size platform bed frame in American White Oak with posture slats and couldn’t be happier with the sturdy quality, craftsmanship and beautiful design. I’m in Adelaide and made my purchase from their online store with help over the phone from a wonderful staff member. Delivery was dispatched that day and it arrived from interstate promptly to my front door by courier. Highly recommend & I have nothing but praise for this business and their products!
