I bought a Samsung TU8000 50" Crystal UHD Smart TV from this place. They offered the best price online. But what impressed me the most was their communication. Literally a minute after I placed my order, I received email confirmation of my order, shortly followed by the tax invoice and a text message asking for my availability re delivery. On the day of delivery, I also received a reminder text re delivery and the ETA. The delivery guy was also kind enough to bring the TV all the way to my unit (on the 3rd floor with no lift!), which was very much appreciated. All I can say, from my interaction with this company, is that they are very professional, efficient, brilliant at their job with excellent communication. I would recommend this company 100%.

Ordered a TV and a sound bar from their website. The soundbar was a factory seconds item - It's condition was clearly stated, and photos were provided of any issues (scratches, damage, etc) when requested. From there I was able to either accept or change/refund. I accepted based on the shown condition and all items were delivered promptly using COPE freight. Would buy from them again, had no issues whatsoever and customer service answered any questions I had (via email and phone) promptly.
