Horseshoe Bay, Australia
2 Heath St
N/A
A quiet spot off the road. It's one of the many nature spots around the island. There's a small road nearby leading to a semi official parking area. Given its rugged nature I'd be aware of being bitten by things hanging around in the undergrowth. To be honest it's totally overgrown - if not impenetrable. This place is probably good if you want to hide evidence. Check out the shipwreck in cockle bay if you have 4WD on the island - you should be able to walk to it during low tide. You should be able to see its outline on Google satellite view. Update: the shipwreck should only be approached at low tide with footwear, keep an eye out for stonefish, stingrays and crocodiles. The area around the shipwreck has become much softer so you'll sink down more.

Entrance via dent street. Go just after the midday heat when the butterflies seem to really come to life! You might even spot a koala in the trees!
Peace and tranquility only yards away from the bustle of Horseshoe Bay beach and restaurants
