I highly recommend Pan-fried buns and Pan-fried wontons and Sichuan Spicy Wontons. This is the food I must order when visiting this restaurant, which is also the basic feature of this restaurant. In addition, I like Crispy Fried Chicken and Traditional Pork Ball with beer, which is really enjoyable. The clerk (\bgirl) in the restaurant are very nice and kind. Every time I visit, the clerk always remembers me and enthusiastically asks What food do I want to eat today ?

When I tried it out for the first time, the bun was fluffy, and had soup coming out of it. It was a flavour explosion. But after some time, the buns started being more chewier and the ratio of meat to the bun had drastically changed. You see, back then it was a great ratio but it changed. The quality of the pork had also changed, there were more hard pork pieces in there whenever I had a bun in my mouth, it also had a relatively long wait time. But the place is decent for dumplings and for the go.
definitely a must try! let it sit for a few minutes before digging in though coz the broth inside is really hot. but the flavour is really really good. will definitely come back again.
The dumplings here are pretty fantastic and so reasonably priced. The entire staff are kind & attentive, and clearly take pride in running a restaurant that’s worthy of repeat customers. I live about 30 minutes drive from this place, and I drive past several other dumpling restaurants just to get here. I order pickup pretty much every Sunday. It’s always a treat I look forward to.
I've ordered more than few times now, each time it's been absolutely delicious and full of flavour. Fried pork chops, Crispy fried chicken, wontons in peanut sauce and prawn fried rice.
Good tasty dumpling at reasonable price but not so much for service. Ordered take away for late dinner and guess what, they made the big eat-in order came after me first and made me wait for nearly an hour just for 3 dumpling dishes. Thought they were good the first time I went but guess I will find different place now
Cheap and cheerful. Prefer this location over the other one on Burwood Rd as it is a bit more tucked away, has seating and you can see the kitchen where they are making everything. I only ever get the pan fried buns as they are tops! Positive experience, would come back.
Best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Stayed open later to feed 14 hungry young adults and gave complimentary dishes. Food was exquisite and hit every taste bud with a burst of flavour and happiness. We will definitely come again 11/10 :)
