Lovely place and lovely staff. My daughter was throwing a massive tantrum and the owner kindly offered both my kids a marshmallow. Will definitely go back.

If you have kids who can crawl/walk along furniture/run, this is the playground to go to! The owner and staff there are friendly and generous, the playground is clean, there's a variety of areas for kids to play in, and price is affordable for the quality food served. Other points include: - free for kids under 12 months - parking is available in the plaza - great place to book a function for parties! We had a special event on, and the owner was very accommodating and made the experience very memorable. Going during quiet times (early morning or later afternoon) is best as it can get busy! Would highly recommend!

We had our son's birthday party at Twinkle and everything went really well, beyond expectations! Food and drinks were good and fresh. 3 hours of fun. Evelyn took care of the hiring process which was easy and the staff was nice. Kids could enjoy a good time and the parents went home happy with tired little ones.

Thank you Twinkle Cafe. This is a clean and safe space to let the kids run around and let off some steam whilst parents sit back and catch up with their friends. Staff are attentive, food is reasonably priced and entry fees are reasonable - especially when compared to other local play centres. I have been a few times and each visit has been great and I always look forward to going back.

It was a sweet little place with a great concept (pretend play - kitchen corner, hospital etc) but horribly maintained. None of the play things were in the right place, there were toys all over the place and the balls from the ball pool were all over the floor. It was also for very young children so my 4 yr old was bored in 20 mins.

Very good and very nice for kids. My children had very good time every time they were there. The food and staff is good. Even it’s a bit expensive, but it’s worth. My children are crazy on everything there.

Took my 21 and 4 month old here for a play on a Saturday morning. Venue is very clean with staff constantly tidying, vacuuming and cleaning. Toilets are situated out of the cafe and about a 1-2 minute walk away a few stores down. The kids cafe has what you need, but the play areas are quite small. The slide connected to the ball pit is very steep, so I noticed a lot of kids sliding down and knocking out other kids. The under 2’s area is also very tiny - probably fit 2 babies comfortably. Prams aren’t allowed inside (understandable) and have to be parked out the front of the venue.

Great open space for parents to have a drink while watching kids play but unfortunately most of the toys look worn and dirty, random plastic/broken toys which seem to be left behind by guests, floor had food scraps, seats are stained. Would be great if there is more focus on cleanliness and hygiene for the sake of the little ones playing there.
