The taste of the milk tea is unacceptable. I used to buy the Sharetea‘s milk tea in City. It tastes so much better than this shop.
I bought twice to three time a week. I'm local customers but since last week I bought a large peal milk tea the staff who make for me at night time around 6:30pm she did a shirt job for me twice time no flavour no ice the peal so soft look like from yesterday. I dronk it like the plain water.....
Came in the store as the only one customer to order 6 different drinks. The staff was so slow and kept on mixing up with all of my order. Ended up waiting for 20 mins with no labels on any of the drinks, I asked the staff to list out the correct order for all of them but she had no idea. The blame was on “the labeling machine” as it was broken??? And now my diabetic parents don’t know which ones were sugar free!!!
Love the tea here. Many varieties of milk tea and smoothies too! Good customer service.
Consistently enjoyable beverages. Problem is that they now charge eftpos surcharge, yet when you pay with cash they don't have correct change so end up giving lots of small coins.
I got a lychee crush which was very yummy : ) nice staff and nice seating area
