As a property developer, we are conscious of selecting the right product, but more importantly, the right back up. Nordic installed the lift in our building some 10 years ago and have maintained it since. As such, there has never been any major issues, and nothing is too much trouble. Even if a resident drops an item down the shaft as happens from time to time, they go out of their way to attend and retrieve it, without any fuss and normally within 24 hours.
