Sahanro Ayurvedic Wellness Centre provides a warm and friendly professional environment for massage that relieves the pain and stress of daily life encouraging relaxation. Being a bus driver and playing soccer most of my teenage years took a toll on my bod especially my knees. After visiting the clinic having hot oil treatment I found relief! I found both the Doctor and Therapist's very professional. Just seeing other clients leaving so much happier was amazing to watch. There are no invasive needles its great. I would definitely recommend people give this a go.
After 6 years of struggling with crippling pain from arthritis, I discovered the power of Ayurveda under the professional care of Dr. Sam. I am pain-free & can exercise regularly. I would recommend anyone who has health issues to consult him. It has changed my life.
I went here to receive an Ayervedic consultation for the first time. I will never go here again, and would not recommend anyone to do so either! Firstly, upon entering, I was ushered into a waiting room, and immediately felt this was a place that didn't have a professional vibe to it. The bathroom I used while waiting was dirty, and for a wellness clinic, this is a really disgusting standard. Maybe ok in Indian standards where things are often unhygienic, but not acceptable here. I was made to wait at least 20 mins, and a lady barged in front of me to pay a bill. I was already unimpressed. I had been warned by another Ayervedic doctor that you get what you pay for in these Ayurevedic practises, and it appears 50 for initial consultation is on the lower end, but please don't waste your money. Please seek more professional, caring and genuinely qualified practitioners. I want to see Dr Sam as I am in the possible pre cancerous diagnosis stage, and found him really unempathetic, extremely rude, antagonizing, patronizing and unprofessional ! His office was filthy as well! With dusty old glass cabinets, used tissues he'd used on previous patients, and old, cheap furniture. I would've given 0 stars, but I wouldn't have been able to write this review unless I gave at least 1. Obviously I was more than thoroughly disappointed and unsatisfied with his service. Please don't go to this clinic, please seek the advice of a professional Ayervedic doctor even if it means paying a bit more! You do get what you pay for. In this case, you'll be throwing your money in the gutter!
We are a Sri Lankan couple from Sydney. we've been trying for a baby for few years and were think of seeking medical advice to start IVF. We got to know about Dr sam through one of our friends who live in Melbourne. We feel very fortunate to be Dr. Sam Dassanayake's patients. He properly diagnosed and treated us. He has an incredible understanding of Ayurvedic medicine.Dr. Sam is kind, thoughtful and patient. He was very confident and assured us that we do not need IVF treatments. With in 4-5 months of Dr Sam's treatments we could see the results. Today we are proud and happy parents to a gorgeous baby girl. Dr Sam goes the extra mile to help his patients. He took the trouble and posted us the medicine to Sydney. We are ever so grateful to him. We cannot imagine a more supportive, brilliant doctor.
