Such a shame this store has a bad rating! I had a very pleasant experience. Nikki was incredibly helpful and extra bubbly. She didn’t make me feel like it was a chore to be helping me which is an attitude that can be hard to come across in retail (because to be fair working in retail is pure hell). Very impressed and very happy.
This morning both ladies were very helpful when finding the right size for me, as someone who hasn't been properly measured before. They provided good information about the products and made themselves available to answer questions that I had.
Thank you for your assistance today with my daughter's first fitting. Your staff, particularly Milak, were attentive and provided great suggestions. Overall I found the staff and managers very helpful and considerate. You went the ectra mile to provide first class service. Thank you.
No help in the change room. Was ignored completely so I went to David Jones and spent 400 there instead

No other customers in the store except me. No greeting or acknowledgement when I walked in. not expecting it instantly I’ve been in the store for 15 minutes. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and even picked up a few extra items. My sale will literally take 2 mins of their time. 3 Staff members on duty. Talking amongst themselves, assisting each other with shelving and stock. One walked pass me twice, yet continued to ignore me, by this point I’m picking out my sizes. I don’t want to try anything on. I just want to pay & go. Store stunk of bad body oder.. which I suspect was the staff member walking pass me. I couldn’t handle the smell and the fact that the staff were so rude. I left without continuing my purchase. This is why I prefer to shop online.
