I have Infiniti Q50 and I went here to fix my car 1 year ago but they still have my car to fix it also cost is keep higher and higher so now I have to pay about 8000 Can you believe this situation?? Even they didn't updating about my car for 6 months Sometimes avoiding my contacts So now I need to apply to ACCC to make a complain I will never come back anymore as well as many people should know about this happening

The day after I bought my 2015 RAV4 I had to spend 860 on new brake pads and replacing all filters even though they said their mechanics had done a BMW Vehicle Inspection. No customer service at all after sale. Would not recommend.
Best experience to date. Today we bought a 2015 Hyundai i30 as a first car for a 20 year old who had saved up working two jobs. The car was in great condition and well priced for this year and model. Asking for the best price they dropped a further 1000 off the already cheap price. While waiting for delivery the car was put through a 100 point safety check. They discovered the front tyres and brake pads were low. Making sure the car was 100% safe they replaced all tyres with brand new Pirellis and fitted new pads all round. The car was fully detailed and a wheel alignment was also done. This was all inclusive of the discounted price. Thinking this was above and beyond the customer service anyway they then presented the car with a bow draped over the bonnet and gave a box of Jete Champagne and glasses to the new young owner. Jordan the young 21 salesman was a delight he made sure everything was done and done with ease and total commitment. He is a fantastic salesman, customer focused and very helpful indeed. He will go far for in this industry for sure. I will be recommending him to everyone. Well done to the rest of his team at Infiniti Centre Perth. A & H

Bought a car sight unseen from this dealer and had an excellent experience. (I am based in VIC) Jaydin was super helpful and took plenty of high res photos inside and out so I could have a good look. He dropped off the car for inspection at RAC and it had no issues. Freight was organised to Vic and the car arrived exactly as per description and photos. Would highly recommend, as honesty and integrity are a rare find the car industry. Thanks guys !
