Went here on a Saturday around lunch time. Upon walking into the store there was already a line of 4 people waiting at the counter with no staff member insight. Turned out she was helping an elderly woman down an aisle somewhere. After about 10 minutes another staff member came from outside, presumably from a lunch break?, and people finally started getting served. When asking the pharmacist for Zyrtec, she didn't even know what this was and we had to point at it in the shelf for her to get it. Might be a good idea to have more than one staff member covering the floor during lunch on a weekend.

It is so nice picking up scripts from here as Woosub is super quick getting the script to you and very knowledgeable. All the staff are so lovely to deal with, a really nice environment - leaves Terry White Narangba for dead (they are ridiculously slow and not particularly pleasant). Good work Aussies!

Order online for easy pick up of script and non-script medicines. Knowledgeable pharmacists, helpful sales staff. The home delivered Webster pack service is excellent for people who need assistance with their prescriptions ( managing scripts as well as handling dispensing).
