My husband and I have been dealing with this shop since at least 2014 without incident. Today I went in for a sample test (we had bought over 200 of chemicals from them late October, and I wanted to check how the water was. The analysis stated we needed some salt and hydrochloric acid which I paid for, and then when the assistant took the acid from the shelf, I realised that we still had ample acid from the previous purchase, and requested that he keep the acid, and refund the amount. He says that they do not do refunds, therefore only a store credit could be offered. Firstly, I believe that it my legal consumer right to a refund in this instance, Secondly, I informed the assistant that we would take our business elsewhere in future. We will not be back!
They do not know what Customer service is. Poor service and communications. Recommend run from them call anyone else. No one else can be as bad as them.
