Just bought our first caravan. JB Caravans at Burpengary and the staff were so helpful and supportive from our first visit till we drove out the gate with our new van in tow yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything we needed to know to get us safely on the road. Special thanks to Sascha and Tony and all the team. We love our new Gator.

The gentleman greeted me quite warmly but was unable to assist as he was from the sales department not the spare parts department. He advised that the spare parts department would reopen next monday. (Four day wait). All good, happy to return and try again after they have a week off to celebrate the new year ;)
