On the outside appears a great business. We were asked to assist with urgent RWC's last qtr 2019. Each time we drove from Underwood to Clontarf and provided generous trade discounts absorbing all the cost associated to serve without complaining and in the interest of growing a relationship. Furthermore we also organised another tradesman on their behalf to assist them which we did not profit from. He did the work because of our relationship and certainly not because of financial gain. 2 months on now payments have been made yet excuses galore.

Great to deal with, big dealership but still feels like a family business. Highly recommend
Wouldn’t go anywhere else buy or trade in a caravan , had the best customer service and great price .Have received ongoing help when needed after the sale as this was only our 2nd van Purchased a Coromal 24ft and extremely happy after 3 months of use
Vans displayed with 'new' stickers on them appear to be old, when questioned about it the manager revealed that they were indeed old vans, just never been registered, the van I looked at was built January 2017. They are cheaper than brand new vans however.
they just will not pick up the phone at all, called multiple times on multiple days, straight to voice mail and they dont return calls, warranty issues to discuss
The service guys at Coromal Windsor are great, recently fixed a couple of faults on our van, including a failed Solar Panel, only 9 months old, all under warranty, done same day..... all good.... except ; Since purchasing the caravan I have complained that the tyre pressure indicated on the VIN compliance plate is wrong. I provided a sound and expert formula for calculating the pressure based on the tyre size and number of axles. At the last service the service team notified the manufacturer, currently Fleetwood RV in Perth, and I was told a replacement compliance plate would be sent to me from Fleetwood. That was in August 2018, still waiting? My issue relates to risks for insurance cover, and tyre safety, wear and tear. The VIN plate indicates 175Kpa (25PSI), whereas the calculated pressure should be 228KPa (33PSI). The tyre pressure was set at 40PSI at the last service. I'm still at odds as to what pressure I should safely use, while still trying to be legal and covered in event of accident. I will continue to pursue this. This said remember my positive rating was about the guys at a Clontaf, (not Fleetwood) thanks guys!
