Hi. We had an apponitment to view a caravan, we drove over an hour to get there, only to be told the van we were to see had already been sold ,the day before noone phoned us to tell us until we were there. We understand that it is a business and they didnot know if we were going to buy it. We are very upset we were not told.

We just purchased a 2 year old pre-loved van from Brisbane RV and had an amazing experience. From the very fist time of seeing it, right through to picking it up their service was superb. Everything they said they would do, they did. We had a few additions done and they were completed as promised. The handover was extensive and complete, and we were allowed to video it all for further reference. They fully explained every step of the purchasing process which made it a wonderful experience for us We would highly recommend Brisbane RV as real people who care about their customer experience. When we purchased our second hand royal flair van we were told that the damage to the top had been done in the yard. They repaired it before we took possession. All was fine till a hail storm and our insurance replaced the roof. The timber frames in the walls are completely rotted out. This being our first ever caravan we had not even thought about what the frame was made of. After sending photos and phone calls and promises of the manager calling the van still remains in the back yard after 3 years as it should not be on the road and of course we have never heard from them

I would like to thank Shane Ian and team at brisbane r.v for helping out with a couple of issues door and hot water. Phoned ahead on way home, relising it was their first day back from holidays, Shane said stop in and we will see what we can help with. Both issues fixed, would like to say it was much appreciated.
We put our caravan on consignment with Brisbane RV. We chose them because they were honest and completely upfront about the process and how much we would get when the van sold. They were totally professional throughout the process. We dealt with Steve & Martitia who were both friendly and professional. Initially Steve told us that December was a really slow month for van sales due to the holiday period, the van sold within 5 days! Throughout the whole process everything happened exactly as they told us. Would be happy to use them again in the future and highly recommend.
