Absolutely disgusting and appalling customer service. Would not recommend. The man at Avis and Budget at Burpengary made us feel that we had no right to request assistance to hire a car. Don't waste your time.

I can honestly say that i took the car back on f and nobody could be bothered to look at the gauge when we took it back and a week later we had 33 dollars taken from our bank account because they said it was not full please do not use this company

Staff dont know how to read fuel gauge. Made me go top up fuel tank when it was already full. Pathetic.
