Can not recommend PA & DS Burns Builders enough. From their sales manager to their sub contractors and everyone in between made building our new home such a pleasant experience. Our bulider Phil was very professional, easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. When it came to handover time we couldn't have been happier with the finished product we were left with it was amazing. We even received a nice little welcome pack. We couldn't wait to show off our new home.
While PA & DS Burns use very good sub-contractors the company's project management skills appeared absolutely dreadful. Their procurement skills appeared highly-questionable with the wrong products constantly turning up. When we voiced our anxiety about constantly overlooked variations and time wasting we got the silent treatment and they failed to acknowledge our concerns. A very expensive horrible experience.
I recently moved in the my first home built by PA & DS Burns Builders. It’s perfect, but what I imagined The team at PA & DS Burns Builders are friendly and go above and beyond! They kept me in the loop during the building process and still check in. It’s great to know I was being looked after. I feel I asked all the ‘silly questions’ first home owners do and the team at PA & DS Burns made everything much easier! I highly recommend PA & DS Burns Builders !!
