Friendly informative service here. They are happy to spend the time answering lots of questions and giving recommendations based on your requirements, not just upselling as many do. Great range of outdoor furniture - particularly large settings that suit bigger families. Be aware that the outside section is gravel floor with a few steps if you have mobility issues. Parking was simple to find on the weekend.

Just before Christmas I went to purchase a stand for my old Weber Baby Q. The man behind the counter showed no interest in serving me so eventually I told him the age of my Baby Q and that I wanted a stand. He pointed to them and I asked if that stand would fit my old Baby Q and was told they fit all Baby Q’s. So I purchased the stand and was then told to drive elsewhere to collect it. No directions or help as to where I went. The Baby Q would not fit the stand and a friend had to file away plastic to get it to fit. The friend was a woodwork teacher and even he had problems getting it to fit. My advice is to shop elsewhere. I just popped into Cameron’s at Batemans Bay to get some trays for the Webber and the staff so helpful. I told the man about my stand and he said that my baby Q would have never fitted that stand. There are good shops elsewhere so avoid Burning Log and if you are at the coast go and see Cameron’s as they have helpful staff who know about what they are selling.

Wow!! What amazingly APPALLING service! Purchased a heater in July which "comes with a remote". Only to find out now, after attempting to contact these guys for months with no response or phone calls back that it is an extra 200 for a remote. Not to mention the cost of an electrician to install said remote, which by the way the heater cannot function without. Would've been nice if when we specifically asked if the remote came with the heater we were told the actual facts so we could get all the wiring done at once. Weren't even offered a tiny discount on the remote despite the extra electrician call out fees that we will now incur as a result. Disgusting.
