in my own experience many Nissan stores are run by arrogant misleading staff. Called to book my car in for a repair and the guy took my details and said they’d get back to me with a quote the next morning but they never did. Couldn’t bother giving them a call again, if they’re not interested in serving me I’m not interested in dealing with them. That’s how I stopped going to Nissan motors for my car service. Been servicing my car there for 7 years and never not even once I felt they treat me like I was their customer not to mention the misleading info their staff deliver every time. Such a shame.

Very disappointing I ask for a price and a panflet on a Ntrak after 10 minutes they ask me for my email address and sed they will get back to me by close of bisnes I am still waiting lol I will go to ford and get a car
Very happy with customer service.Matt Horton salesman and Scott Hyland both provided us with good service when we purchased our Qashqai and when we picked up our new vehicle. The office girls were helpful and friendly too.
We recently purchased a new Nissan Qashqa from Motors Nissan and I couldn’t have asked for better service both before and after the purchase. Scott Hyland was great to work and he was able to get what we wanted without any fuss.
