When I contacted Justin the crazy pave sandstone at the front of my property was a complete mess, discoloured and dirty with larges chunks of the grout breaking away. Justin and his workers kept me fully informed and consulted with me throughout the quoting and actual process of restoration. The job was difficult and very labour intensive, it required extra effort to be applied when the wet look sealant appeared to highlight blotches in the grout. Justin took these difficulties in his stride and worked with me to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. I was impressed by the customer service provided by Justin and his team and I am very happy with the outcome. Would have no hesitation in recommending this business.
What a fabulous job Justin’s team done on our marble benchtops. They now look like new. It is so refreshing to have a company who turn up on time, keep a tidy workspace, and obviously take pride in their work. Very knowledgeable guys who were a pleasure to have in our home. I heartily agree with 4 of the 5 reviews on this website. Am astonished at the bad review having seen what Justin has done with our limestone tiles. Our job was done while we were absent from the property and apart from the sparkling beautiful tiles, the house is exactly as we left it. Our floor is better than it was when house was first completed and most certainly the best job we have had done. (This is 4th polishing over 14 years). I am so happy with the job that I am going to call the few tile places I contacted for a recommended limestone tile restorer and advise of Justin's work and professionalism. I would like them to be able to put Justin's name to anybody needing tile cleaning, as a 'cut above the rest'..... Thanks for a job well done Justin......
Stone Repairs and Polishing have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be the most highly professional stone restoration business . Justin and his team have completed a substantial amount of work at my family home and have done so in a timely manner. My wife and I are extremely happy with the punctual and tidy way Justin and his crew went about their work and we cannot speak highly enough about Justin's professionalism. From the very first moment we met Justin and his team from Stone Repairs and Polishing, we knew we'd selected the right company to look after our home's marble floors and bathrooms! Justin was not only personable, polite and totally thorough in his preparation and organising of our job, but he also has the very best team of guys working for him. Gareth, Michael & Jeremy are all highly trained, respectful, well mannered and completely professional young men and their great attitudes and obvious expertise in their trade certainly shone through in the results achieved in our home. Our job was quite a big one too, with 5 marble bathrooms (floors, walls & showers), large marble tiled areas in the entrance (including 3 x marble staircases) over 25 years old, plus a completely newly laid marble floor of approx 70m2 adjacent to our existing 30m2 downstairs area (also in marble). The constant attention to detail, overall work ethic & perfection we witnessed of Gareth, Michael & Jeremy throughout the job and the incredible results we were presented with on completion, left my wife and I speechless. We are so happy with our brand new looking bathrooms and floors and would highly recommend Justin and the guys from Stone Repairs & Polishing to absolutely anyone looking for an amazing transition to their home's marble, limestone or any other type of stone floors & walls.
