Your sales team act like used car salesmen and it is really, really childike and boring. You asked me to throw away 2 perfectly good pairs of glasses that needed a new script. Then you wanted to replace the exact same frame, even ordering it from another store, so it would be somehow cheaper than just replacing the lenses. I did have 2 extra people ready to visit but I told them what a joke this has become. The 100 birthday voucher became worth 4 as described by your reps. Your company has become a joke, ruthless pricing and in my opinion is doomed without serious change.

I had made an appointment for an eye check-up and to talk about contact lense fitting. After finishing my eye-check up I started talking about the contacts with the optometrist and was then told there wasn’t enough time and that I had to make another appointment... not very happy with the experience. Will be getting my contacts/glasses elsewhere next time.

Mum had booked an optometrist appointment for me as I hadn't been in a while. The store was super busy when I turned up so I ended up going in a little bit later than my original time but no worries. The Dr was really nice and I got my prescription in no time. I didn't end up following through with getting frames made but the sales lady was absolutely lovely and even worked out some cool discounts on the frames I had been looking at. Not a bad experience at all.

I went to the Burleigh store today Friday 31/05 2019.the young who fixed the nose piece on my glasses was an absolutely a credit to OPSM.that is the third time i have been there and can recommend this store.
