Went today, having not been since prior to Christmas. Could not find rib fillet, or scotch fillet cut steaks/ pieces. Asked for help from lady packing shelves. Not good experience, I already knew there was none. She pointed to a space, yes I looked there isnt any. So they had whole scotch fillets, I told her too much for 2 people. Asked if they had any not on the bone. She said dont know, reluctantly she said she could ask but probably none as butchers are done for the day at 11am!. Dont bother is what I said. Put back what I had in basket and walked out. Customer service gone out the window.
