Needed my screen replaced as it was not responding to touch. They were out of replacements but could repair my phone by that arvo and sure thing they had. Running back to new perfectly. Great price and service. Much cheaper than another place i went to a few months ago. I Would recommend the Gadget Hospital.

Had iPhone screen replaced, it was really dark & pay wave didn't work, told to go home and up date the software. Did this, then half the screen was covered in lines (worse outcome). I wouldn't waste your time or money. Happened with a previous phone as well, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking my other iPhone was old.

Ipad 6 replacement screen. Had to be taken back immediately as screen did not work correctly. Then lasted 4 months before failure again. Contacted them, advised that repair only has 3 month warranty. This time, I purchased my own touch screen to replace myself as not wishing to keep spending 130 bucks every few months. Upon opening device noticed that ALL connector retention screws had not been re-installed from previous repair resulting in connector coming loose. Dodgy x 100 workmanship. Replying to owners reply. Think you are missing the point. Its not about getting a refund making things better. Its about letting people know what I experienced, time and other money I wasted due to poor quality workmanship/QA. If as you stated, new employees and processes are being used, then hopefully I will have helped some people not have the same issues as I did, in the future. For me, this is greater compensation.

Unreliable!!! Left my iPad to be fixed 3 weeks ago. I was told it would take 3 days. I called to check if it was ready. They needed another 3 days. I checked if it was ready again & they needed to now order a button that would take another few days. Then they said the button shorted the screen out & needed to order another one. Seriously! Just don’t forget to order parts when you tell people you will. I ended up taking it to someone else who fixed it the next day.

Highly recommend this place, the staff were quick and know their products well. Installed a screen protector on my phone in a blink of the eye with no air bubbles! It would have taken my forever personally and the result would be no where near as good. Thank you again!
