A bit disappointed with this place. Cold burger with gross cheese. They got annoyed when I politely asked if I could get some different cheese.

The place looks small but spacious and warm inside. The buns is not favourite because it is thick for me. Patty is good but a bit cold. Fries tasted good but not crispy. Blue cheese tasted great with the burger but it is not enough blue cheese in the burger. Staff is super friendly. If you want to grab yourself a deal. Come between 1pm - 4pm (or 2pm). My partner didn’t enjoy it though. So I may come back next time :).

Careless. The Short Order had attempted to mask the once white toasted bread roll, now burnt with sauce and lettuce. The highly oversalted/seasoned fries did little to alter the reoccurring burnt burger 'flavour'. Disappointing.

First time visiting and was not disappointed at all. The burger was delicious and the chips were amazing. Washed down with a locally made Tasmanian cider I really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great feed in Launceston. Cheers

Best customer service & burgers! Juicy well cooked chicken & bacon, delightful & generous sauces & the yummiest plentiful chips & sweet potato chips with the perfect amount of crunch. Always a smile & they are careful to get our order right. Keep up the good work team️

Was hoping for a much better experience given the reviews. Paid 18 for a vegan burger, so I had high hopes for the quality. When taking the first bite, I noticed something was dripping out. Then it kept dripping. I realised it was dripping oil! A pool of oil formed on the plate and just continued dripping. The burger had the distinct taste of old oil. I went to the counter and told the server. She said the vegan burgers are cooked in oil, and when I told her it was dripping in oil, all she said was “I can give you extra napkins to soak it up” ...?? Overall, pretty dismal experience. Burger was just the vegan pieces, a slice of tomato, cheese and cabbage. Bad price, bad taste and bad experience.

Food was good. I visited on a Sunday evening which seemed to be prime time. Staff were definitely feeling the pressure. I think a visit at a less busy time would have warranted a 5 star.

Was very busy Thursday evening and chef accepted my order after orders were closed. Thank you. My husband loved the burger and the chips were amazing. That sprinkle on them was very special.
