Bunnings is a massive hardware brand that delivers more than you can imagine in the way of products and other useful items for anything you need to do around the home. Always a pleasure just walking around the store and seeing all the things to get to do that little job. Staff are always super friendly this Bunnings store in Morley on Russell Road is Tucked away though very popular with the locals. Huge range of outdoor furniture, outdoor plants, barbecues and anything else outdoors. If you’re not sure of something you don’t need takes two minutes to find a staff member and they do everything they can to assist you to make sure that you’re getting the right item for the right job.

Great service from staff. Come in to hire a Ute. Explained everything to me about the cost involved. The Ute does not come with ropes so you need to get those yourself which was the only thing that was not mentioned. Overall, very happy with service and Ute. Also, Bunnings please have a parking bay for your utes as I had to walk the whole car park to find it.

DO NOT RENT VEHICLES FROM HERE! SUPPOSED TO REFUND DEPOSIT. Had Ute 3/4 hr paid for 2 hours. Couldn't put fuel in because pump clicked off as we used so little. Can't get 200 deposit back because no fuel receipt! Thieves! Bonnie and Judy Avoid! Now they reckon mirror broken! Both mirrors intact. See photos! If broken they did it.

Pleasant experience at Bunnings in Morley. It is not as big as some of the other Bunnings store however stocks most products. Staff seem very helpful & in the 45 mins I was in this store there must have been at least 6 different staff members ask me if I need any help - which is great. Bunnings here have ute and trailers for hire, a paint section including paint counter for advice and mixing colours. They have a small-ish outdoor/indoor garden area which a decent range of plants plus all the potting mixtures, fertilizers etc etc. They have 2 check-outs where you can pay cash or card, plus can pay cash at the tool section, otherwise there are 4 self checkouts where you can only pay by card The carpark even though looks small there are plenty of parking spots, together with heaps of available trolleys inside the store and outside in trolley bays. They also have a trade centre/timber/building supplies, but again not as big as some of the other Bunnings stores within a 10km radius . To enter Bunnings the best way is via Boag Place which runs off Boag Road as you can get in and out that way. If you want to enter from Russell street you can only enter and exit one way due to a medium strip in the middle of the road. They also cut keys, stock pool products, LPG BBQ gas bottles cheaper than most other places. So all in all I rate this Bunnings 4 out of 5. 4 because they dont stock as much as other stores do, however I would then go to the other stores if I needed what they don't stock

I've always loved Bunnings Morley. The customer service is usually exceptional. However, a trend that I have also noticed in some McDonalds franchises, Office Works and now Bunnings seems to be spreading quickly! The trend of cutting down staff and leaving several counters empty is a poor way of doing business in the Festive Season! How can you have several counters empty and have a bunch of people counting on one or two counters to pay for stuff. I thought part of the purpose of these big brand names and companies was for them to create employment in the areas in which they exist? If that is not enough. How about just taking care of the blood that keeps the business running, the customer!? You'd think Bunnings had a strike if you didn't know that this was a typical day in the operations of a big business in Perth :( 1 Star for the fact that I found what I was looking for. 1 Star for the fact that I got some customer service after a wait that could have been avoided.

Morley Bunnings is in a great spot, and although it has a smaller range than the big warehouse Bunnings, it's still a great range. I just heard today it is closing in April, and I'm totally devastated :( All the other Bunnings are at least 10 - 15 minutes away. So I'm hoping that another hardware chain takes over this space, as I'm sorry, as much as I love Bunnings, I need a decent local hardware outlet. I hear the staff are all getting transferred to other Bunnings stores, so that is good news for them.

I just visited the Bunnings in Morley and was assisted by Josh at the front desk re queries about security alarm systems. I highly recommend anyone visiting the Morley Bunnings to speak with Josh as he knew all the details of the different security camera ranges and was more than patient and helpful with all my questions. Well done Josh.
