Rooftop Escape campers

Fantastic Bunnings for product range seemed to have a lot more variety and bigger range of hardware for steel and cabinetry . Found the staff to be friendly but not all that helpful as some just walk past you as if you aren’t there, even though you need help. I managed to talk to one of the staff they told someone will sent to your location after 5 mins no one had came so I just left .

I don't expect much with regards to customer service at any bunnings store. but to pick out the wrong materials for a trade order then not send it out on the day specified and then accuse the customer of threatening staff so you can cancel an order you could never complete takes bad customer service to another level.

Don't trust the online stock list. This is the second time we've checked stock online and made a special trip only to find that, despite the staff member's scanner also showing the item we wanted was in stock, it was nowhere to be found, despite a thorough search by the staff member and ourselves. Disappointed we couldn't get the item and unhappy to have spent time and several dollars worth of fuel to no avail.

Bought 1 bunnings arlec DC pedestal fan for 50 dollar, after few weeks time fans knob was found faulty. When go back for exchange or want to buy new one, got offer for half price as that was discontinuing of the product. Yes do not have receipt thats why they could not give me full refund, do not know such a big company has a worse management policy for rip off customer. Last 13 years i bought may be thousand of dollar product from them, and gets this treatment. What a shame. They should careful to buy good electronics product from the party or dealer. Spit on your business policy bunnings,
