The customer service at this store is one of the worst i have experienced. Staff are incredibly unhelpful and rude when you can actually find them. They flat out ignore you when they can see you are looking for help and when they finally do help you they just palm you off in a ramdom direction. Good customer service doesnt cost anything.

Staff at Paints department is amazing in this Bunnings. I went to Bunnings Carseldine on two different occasions to buy some paint and both the times a staff member called Sonia was there. Sonia was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. As I haven't done much painting before, she explained everything and ensured that I understand how to get my small project completed. Thanks for you help Sonia.
Great store, staff can be a little inconsistent when it comes to customer service at times. Great equipment at the hire shop for sheeting your ceiling and sanding your timber floors!
