We - as a family with small kids and currently renovating - always enjoy going to our local Bunnings (or “bunnies” as our son has lovingly named it). Staff at the paint desk, special orders and generally floor and checkout staff is always friendly and helpful, you are made to feel welcome and everything we need is usually in stock. We always forget something however and look forward to our next trip.

A Sales Staff member within the PAINTING DEPARTMENT, refused to add ochre and black to a blue based paint for use in our interior project. Point blank refused our request. As with all people WITHIN RETAIL (as we once were), maybe avoid doing the Customers's decisions for them? Let THEM decide which course of action should be taken. After all, it's THEIR shopping experience and not YOURS!!!

Disgraceful customer service. Went in to try and report fraudulent activity on my credit card from various Bunnings stores. Got asked by ops manager "how do I know you're not part of the fraud" No care, no help, Disgraceful.
