Cherie in Bunnings Bibra Lake paint is awesome. Despite being really busy she was able to help three customers at once and always with a smile. She gave us some helpful tips on storing paint too and assisted us pick good value paint for our pergola. What wonderful customer service.

Pretty disappointed with the customer service here. We went in to purchase an item because they said they had stock. The lady at the counter was quite rude and abrupt. She said there’s 1, if it’s not on the shelf it’s not there and possibly on a pallet. No option to get someone to check, the only solution for her was another store had 8 and to go there. Without even calling them either.. do not recommend going.

Served by Maria if I recall correctly. Lovely smile and provided the best customer service experience I have ever received. I came into store with my nephew who has Tourettes. It is typical of staff to not understand this condition however, Maria was incredibly professional and helped me to locate my goods swiftly. She also has a gorgeous smile! :)
