We just had a fabulous experience with Ireland Jeep today. We really appreciate how the customer service team fit us in as we had driven from the Gold Coast and had a transmission problem and needed to get it fixed and get back on the road. They diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately.

We live in Sydney and looking at both the Grand Jeep Cherokee S-Limited and Wrangler. I had a really good experience speaking with both Steve and Kraig, both were very informative and not pushy at all. Genuinely helpful and even though we didn’t purchase through them as transportation to Sydney was too much (at no fault of theirs), I would have liked to purchase through them and support this company. I 100% recommend. Thanks for your help guys.

The service team were great very professional and they explained exactly what they did to the vehicle in its service. We from interstate and a few dealers in Melbourne could learn a thing or to on how to deliver good customers service as well as Ireland's. Good job.
Thanks to the service team at Jeep Ireland. I’m travelling from Victoria and my vehicle needed a service. The service manager made arrangements to fit our limited time frame. All the staff were very friendly and helpful offering a courtesy bus into the town centre. Thanks Guys!
The level of customer care and service provided by the team at Ireland's of Cairns with my recent new car purchase has been brilliant! Had my Lovely White Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland serviced last week at Irelands whilst on holiday's in Cairns. Wonderful people and very helpful. Car left in a spotless condition too as i have light beige interior The service advisor talked me though my service completed and the price was less than originally Quoted too. I will definitely be having my Jeep serviced again next year at Ireland's Thankyou staff at Ireland's once again. By the way i love my Jeep a fantastic vehicle and tows my 21.6 Roma just so Easy.
