Russell, Nathan, and the crew are awesome and really know their stuff. My Harley Dyna had been playing up backfiring, sputtering at low rpm in a high gear, and running for a short time on one cylinder. They disconnected my Power Commander, then reconnected it, and it ran perfectly! They refused to take any money....... 5 Star all the way! I’ll be coming back for sure!

Can't say enough about Bikecraft. They go out of their way to provide you with the best service and advice in Cairns. I know that when my bike is serviced there that everything is where is should be, and it feels like a new bike. They installed my cams and the after sale service was above and beyond, including follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with their work. Will be a lifetime customer, because you get what you pay for when you go to them, good service, good parts and advice that you won't get from any other bike shop in Cairns.
