I called the Bundoora Nissan service center to get a copy of the "recommendations" (as this wasn't completed last services due to a communication break down on their end) that was suggested for my vehicle, firstly I was informed that they would email it off to me, three phone calls later and still no email! The same member of staff informed me she couldn't send it to me because she didn't have access (why she didn't mention this to start with is another issue) so I asked for a verbal handover of what was suggested, informed again she didn't have access. The final call they informed me they have been busy, Informed them so was I! I was promised a phone call in 5 mins which never happened. You have lost my business because of your lack of respect and communication.

I just purchased a New Nissan Qashqai Midnight Addition from Northern Nissan, we were very happy with the service and professional manner displayed by Dianne and Paul, we were recommended by a neighbour who purchased the same vehicle from them, we would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle through them again, they were understanding and did not pressure us into buying a new vehicle, we are now very happy new Nissan Qashqai owners
