Customer service was appalling! Even after telephone conversations were reviewed and confirmed that Concord were in error, their immediate reaction was to tell me to go elsewhere. Disgusting behaviour especially when the concrete ordered was for a local kindergarten 500m away. Management comprehension of English and the simple understanding of delivering at a specific time is way too difficult for these people. Pathetic!
They were ok, concrete was fine. Came a bit late but staff informed me and they were good at general communications. Overall can’t complain. The drivers were quite unhappy about reversing into our long driveway, but they did. Overall pretty happy
