After having 2 other companies out over 3 months to fix our constant printer going offline and not scanning problem we rang Terry and he had it sorted in 20 mins by remotely logging in and doing his magic. He didn't even have to drive here and he fixed it at half what the other 2 charged. He also showed us and easier way to scan. Definitely recommend him.
Another repairer told me my printer could not be fixed and I should just buy another one (from them). I contacted Terry and he came and fixed my printer in no time. Would definitely recommend him.
