I've attended the practice since I was 12, on and off and honestly while some clinicians elsewhere have cause immeasurable harm, the treatment I have received by Dr. Lotz and Asa Kenworthy has been unparralled by any clinician public or private on the Gold Coast and in areas of Brisbane. I have also only every been treated with respect, and professionalism by the reception staff. I can't comment on other clinicians there but I will say a resounding thank you to my care team and the reception staff So again thank you to the reception team and especially Dr. Trevor Lotz and Asa Kenworthy, literal lifesavers

While I love the Dr. I see at the clinic, the office manager, Nako, is extremely rude. I called to make an appointment. Being a foreigner in Australia, I was trying to ask questions regarding prescription refills and appointments. Nako would not even acknowledge I was asking a question, kept talking over me and rudely said "I've made the appointment" and hung up on me. I kept saying, wait a minute, I am trying to ask a question. I had to call back and talk to another receptionist to get my questions answered. Seems like nako would do well with a course on customer service. I'm surprised that such a great clinic would keep a manager who has no people skills around. What a pity for the patients and what a made impression this sets, especially for new patients.

Dr Lotz was kind and understanding. He has a knowledge of female adhd/autism which many physicians are not up to date on. The place is a calming environment with an African deco vibe so I didn’t feel like I was in a clinical environment. After a bad prior experience trying to get diagnosed, I finally felt listened to about my ADHD rather than it just being passed off as anxiety.

You should shame with your attitude with the pension you just be honest no need to laid. Today at 27/11/2020 I had argued with secretary because she cancelled my appointment with Dr amini and Dr lotz talked to me very disappointed Rude secretary she is sneaky

No matter how qualified ,or how good a practitioner may be, their appears to be no quality if they use someone's ill health as a bargaining basement leverage.

Dr Katz never treated me correctly for my Adult ADHD. Terrible psychiatrist when I really needed help in coping with my mothers death. Put me on SSRIs which made me do some stupid things I very much regret. Would never recommend him.

The receptionists at this practise are very harmful for those suffering from mental health conditions. If you are suffering I recommend using a support person to contact them.

Very disorganised and does not stipulate on the website what time they open or close. The only place is Google which states they open at 7am but no one answers the call until an hour or so after.
