As a female a little overweight I had to request for assistance in supplement section and got very blunt painful experience! The worst sales rep or just a jerk. Gave them a star 2 stars for variety and quality of products
Really disappointed in store, as was issued a credit note. Did not want credit note as I live in WA not QLD. Manager NOT Helpful what so ever. Refunds are definitely not considered on a on a case by case basis.
Thanks for the dive club and shop for my amazing dives over the week. Did my open water course and was EPIC. Loved my gear which made the diving exceptional all thanks to the girls in the shop. Need to get a torch and compass so will be back soon.
Went for a jacket,no jackets. Nearly no clothing at all. Lots of spare walls where racks were and alot of empty racks with no stock. Gun shop, fishing, shoes and protein powders are fully stocked thou

Note - this review is for the Dive Shop only. Went in yesterday to buy a new wetsuit, gloves, dive computer, weight belt and weights. Planned on spending about 1500 all up based on the prices on the website. Picked out my belt, weights and gloves and was comparing wetsuits when the sales assistant comes up and says “you can only try on a wetsuit if you are serious about buying today”. Random. I asked for clarification and was told “with sweat and stuff you can only try on a wetsuit if you are serious about buying today”. Well, I drove here specifically, have already selected some gear and I’m comparing wetsuits. I’m a buyer just need to decide which one. About a minute later the same sales assistant says “ just so you know we close in ten minutes”. No offer to help or anything else just “we close in ten minutes”. I said thanks and left without buying anything. Went to another dive shop today and bought a wetsuit, gloves, belt and weights. Ordered a dive computer off a popular auction site. Won’t go back to Dive Warehouse again. Will think twice before going back to Sportys.
